If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a full refund or a reprint. PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR PRINT.
If the issue caused your return is listed below we will have to issue a refund and send you a return lable to ship back the unwanted print.
Please understand that while we strive for perfection in all of our prints some prints will have slight imperfections that are out of our control, see below regarding each substrate imperfections. Our premium products have certain characteristics and challenges by nature.
HD Metal
-They sometimes can have slight raised bumps the size of a period that you can see at certain angles
-They sometimes can have very slightly chipped edges that we touch up with matching colors
-We cannot guarantee the color will match your monitor because each montior is different
HD Acrylic
-Because we face mount the prints directly to the acrylic with adhesive there will be small particles of dust or raised bumps that are out of our control. All Acrylic face mounts will have dust or particles, most are not obvious.

Birch Wood
-Because of the nature of wood, our natural option will show the grain of the wood showing through your image, although we do our best to not have a dark grain pattern run across a brides face on her wedding photo:)....some dark grain may show up here and there.

Prints are always handled with cotton inspection gloves to prevent any contamination of the papers by skin oils, work areas are only cleaned with archival safe products, and all prints are packaged in 100% archival safe materials. From start to finish we protect your print with the most exacting standards. Genuine Epson HDR Ultrachrome Inks. We only print with genuine Epson Inks that are manufacturer branded and archival certified, and we never reduce or limit ink volume. Using "knock-off" or generic inks can result in color inconsistency, reduced print longevity, and generally substandard prints. Reducing or limiting ink volume produces a print without the proper ink density applied to the paper. The result is a print that might look accurate initially, but ultimately does not have the ink volume necessary to achieve true archival status.
